Do you know which old Parisien Church has been in the city for almost 15 centuries?
The oldest parisien church being 1,464 years old, is the Abbaye of Saint-Germain-des-Près! Founded in 558 by Childebert the first and bishop Germain, it served as a necropolis for merovingian kings. After having been destroyed by Norman invasions, it was reconstructed in the 10th century. A great piece of Parisian history!
